PROFILE
Christopher Villanti is a partner at Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP, having joined the firm’s litigation practice group in 2023. Mr. Villanti’s practice is focused on commercial and real estate litigation, where he has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of state and federal litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Villanti founded and conducted a successful solo practice where he regularly represented individuals, investors, and corporate entities in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure defense cases, as well as, in a wide variety of other real estate litigation disputes. During his legal career, Mr. Villanti has also represented numerous clients in matters involving securities fraud and contract litigation.
Mr. Villanti is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Villanti served as an Articles Editor for the St. John’s University Law Review and, additionally, received awards for Excellence in Legal Writing and Business Organizations.
